Warranty & Returns Policy – Camping Trailer Pods

1. Warranty Coverage

We provide a 12-month warranty on all camping trailer pods from the date of purchase.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects and general product failures that occur under normal and intended use. Examples include faults in materials, workmanship, or structural components that were not caused by misuse or external factors.

If a fault is confirmed to be covered under warranty, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the affected component.

What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, abuse, or improper handling

  • Damage resulting from accidents, impacts, collisions, or overturning

  • Wear and tear from excessive or abnormal use

  • Damage caused by modifications, alterations, or repairs not authorised by us

  • Environmental or external damage (including weather events, flooding, fire, salt corrosion, or animal damage)

  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality

2. Returns Policy

Due to the nature of our products, returns are not accepted for damage caused by the customer.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Physical damage

  • Structural damage

  • Water damage resulting from improper use or setup

  • Damage caused during transport or storage by the customer

Normal Use Definition

“Normal use” refers to using the camping trailer pod as intended, following all provided care, setup, and operating instructions.

Warranty Claims

To make a warranty claim, customers must provide:

  • Proof of purchase

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos or videos of the defect

All claims will be assessed before approval.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

We ship to United Kingdom. Trailer delivery or collection terms will be confirmed at purchase.

2. Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates only. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.

3. Damage in Transit

Customers must inspect goods upon delivery and report damage within 48 hours.

Installation Disclaimer

Van conversion products may require professional installation. We are not responsible for damage, safety issues, or non-compliance arising from incorrect installation or modification.

Road-Use & Safety Disclaimer
