Solar
We can source, supply and install a full range of solar kits for various van sizes. The typical solar kit involves solar panels, batteries, MPPT controller, DC-DC converter, Pure Sine inverter and the cabling/fittings to install.
You can expect this kit to be installed professionally on a board that is then installed into your van, connected up and then we box it up to avoid it being visible, it is created in a way that is still easily accessible.
We work closely with our solar supplier to create an optimised kit for each customer to fit their desired power/energy requirements.

Woodwork/Insulation/sound deadening
Initially when we get a van in, we strip it, insulate it, add soundproofing then board up the doors, walls and roof. The following woodwork is then carried out by our highly skilled joiner.
Following the designs the customer has requested the joiner creates all kitchen cabinets, overhead storage, bench seating and under bed storage.
All woodwork is created and fitted to maximise the remaining space in the van without compromising any of the customers needs.

Paintwork
If the customer requires paintwork, we can spray all of the interior woodwork with the chosen colours. Everything in the van is taken out or covered up excluding the woodwork that will be sprayed – all of the storage units will be taken out and sprayed.
For a slightly better finish we can offer painting by brush but as this takes more time it can add to labour costs.

Gas
Martin is a fully qualified gas engineer with 30 years’ experience in the trade, he maintains his certifications and training so you can feel at ease when you leave your van with us to have the gas appliances installed.
We can offer installations of warm air heaters, induction hobs or heat hobs and external BBQ points.

Kitchen
As well as offering the cabinetry and installation of the hobs we fit and install fresh and grey water tanks, sinks, taps, fridges plus any other appliances needed.
The pipework and water tanks will be connected up ready to use.
The options for kitchen cabinetry and appliances are customizable to suit.

Shower room
Most shower rooms we convert contain a warm water heater, shower unit, shower tray, waterproof walls, sliding waterproof door, toilet and enclosed toilet roll holder. An extractor fan is installed in the shower room to protect from damp.
Having access to a warm shower on the road is essential to our customers so we do everything we can to make the process as seamless as possible. We can also offer and install an external shower point.

Storage/Beds
One of the most important things in every van build is the storage, every inch of the van should have a use to maximise space and efficiency. So, we aim to create as many storage units as possible to fit under the seating and bedding and can install multiple overhead storage units. The more space we can use for multipurpose the better.
We can create various bed designs to suit your van to give you the best set up possible without compromising on comfort.
